In some cases, a small holding deposit may be required to secure a property—this is not a fee, but a refundable deposit. Depending on the specific property deal, certain fees may apply. These could include a one-off administration fee, which covers necessary processes such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks. Any such fees will be clearly outlined in advance and will not exceed £550 in total.
